Our clients provide us with targeted keywords for Website Audits. They also specify the niche the website belongs to and may indicate direct competitors they wish to engage with. For Content
Deliveries that do not entail auditing, you may simply stipulate the niche(s), keywords, and/or competitor(s) that you are targeting. Our services require a 30 per cent upfront payment made at the beginning of each new project.
Our team begins the Website Audit, keyword research, or content research. Depending on the nature of this project and on your requirements, they deliver the results of this research stage for your approval. During this step of the process, we closely consult with our clients, in order to make sure they understand our approach and are fully satisfied by its results.
During the delivery stage of the process we either present you with the findings of our Website Audit and suggest strategies for the future, or simply deliver the batch of written material you have demanded. Both the strategies and the written content require your approval, before they are implemented or posted, respectively. For bulk content deliveries, we leave it up to you whether or not you want to review each item individually.
We post the content or begin enforcing our new Content Marketing strategy. Both are closely monitored for performance, such as CTRs, CPCs, and overall return on investment. The order is finalized by delivering an end report with an assessment of our work, followed by the final payment.
